Jobgether SRL seeks a Junior System Administrator to help maintain the health and reliability of products and infrastructure in a monitoring-focused environment. You’ll respond to alerts, investigate issues with Grafana and Zabbix, and resolve or escalate incidents according to procedures.

You’ll work with Linux and Windows environments, collaborate with a distributed international team, and take ownership of primary duty shifts after onboarding in a remote-first setup.

Competenze

• 2+ years in system administration or related technical role.
• Proficient in Linux CLI, SSH/VPN.
• Hands-on experience with Zabbix and Grafana.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Willing to work rotating schedule (5/2 with 8h shifts; 2/2 day/night).
• English at B1+ and ability to collaborate with international team.

Mansioni

• Monitor health and performance of products and infrastructure; respond to alerts.
• Investigate alerts using Grafana dashboards and Zabbix metrics.
• Resolve issues or escalate incidents per procedures.
• Follow runbooks and established troubleshooting processes.
• Troubleshoot Linux and Windows servers and related infrastructure issues.
• Support senior admins and participate in incident response.
• Take ownership of primary duty shifts after onboarding.
• Collaborate with distributed team across locations/time zones.
• Maintain accurate operational practices and document follow-ups.
