Metric DCX is seeking a Construction Manager to lead hyperscale data centre projects across EMEA from Milan. You will oversee day-to-day construction activities, manage contractors and consultants, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The role requires 7+ years of experience delivering hyperscale or mission-critical projects, with strong stakeholder management and a track record of successful handover.

Competenze

• Experience leading hyperscale or mission-critical data centre projects.
• Proven ability to manage General Contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience from pre-construction through commissioning and handover.
• Strong understanding of construction management, programme delivery, and safety compliance.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day delivery of hyperscale data centre construction projects.
• Coordinate General Contractors, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Monitor programme, budget, quality, safety, and project risks.
• Ensure construction activities align with design, specifications, and milestones.
• Support procurement, contractor management, and change control processes.
• Collaborate with Development, Design, Engineering, Commissioning, and Operations teams.
• Maintain project reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
• Support commissioning, testing, and final handover.
