Evergreen Talent Group in Milan is seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team on a major hyperscale data centre project.

You will manage commercial and contractual aspects of M&E packages, coordinate with procurement, planning and subcontractors to protect margin and ensure on-time delivery.

The role offers long-term career progression, international exposure and a comprehensive expatriate package where applicable.

Competenze

• Experience managing large-scale M&E packages on data centre projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC/FIDIC/JCT contracts desirable.
• Fluent English; Italian knowledge beneficial but not mandatory for international teams.
• Applicants must have right to work in Italy.

Mansioni

• Manage full commercial lifecycle of major M&E packages for a hyperscale data centre.
• Prepare budgets, cost plans, forecasts and final accounts.
• Monitor performance against targets and provide regular reporting to leadership.
• Lead subcontractor valuations, variations and payments.
• Collaborate with project directors, procurement and client representatives.
