Evergreen Talent Group is recruiting an Electrical Construction Manager to lead the site delivery of Electrical Building Services on a landmark Hyperscale Data Centre project in Milan, Italy.

You will coordinate Electrical Supervisors, Site Engineers and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and programme delivery while working with senior stakeholders across a Tier 1 Contractor environment.

Competenze

• Degree or trade qualification with significant construction management experience.
• 7+ years' experience in Electrical Construction Management or equivalent leadership roles.
• Proven delivery of large Data Centre, hyperscale, mission-critical projects.

Mansioni

• Lead site delivery of Electrical Building Services across a major hyperscale Data Centre project.
• Coordinate Electrical Supervisors, Site Engineers, subcontractors and vendors to meet safety, quality and programme targets.
• Drive construction planning, procurement coordination and commissioning readiness.
