Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams, helping businesses scale compliantly across 150+ countries. The Senior HR Business Partner works with leaders to shape org design and workforce strategies, coaching leaders and solving problems in real time.

You will operate at two speeds: strategic org design with leadership, and hands-on coaching and execution while travelling internationally as needed. Deel emphasizes a data-driven, inclusive culture with global reach.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of strategic HRBP experience in a fast-growth international org.
• Proven ability to design org design strategy and scale workforce.
• Track record running performance management cycles with outcomes.
• Strong analytical capability and deep business acumen.
• Operationally excellent with attention to detail and process discipline.
• Ability to influence leaders at all levels and own outcomes.
• Comfortable working fully remote and traveling internationally.

Responsabilités

• Surface insights from people data to coach senior leaders on org design and talent strategy.
• Build and execute org design strategy, partnering with Talent Acquisition.
• Drive performance management cycles with calibration, goals and development planning.
• Own area end to end from diagnosis to solution to execution.
• Run core HR motions with precision and consistency across the org.
• Partner with Compliance and People Relations on complex employee relations and terminations.
