Gosselin Italy is seeking an experienced HR Manager to enhance our HR function in Brendola and support employees and management across the organization. You will drive HR policy, ensure legal compliance, and advise leadership on people issues in a hands-on, people-focused environment.

The role requires a deep understanding of Italian employment law, 10+ years of experience, and fluency in Italian with professional English, plus the ability to work effectively in an international context.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent, preferably Laeura triennale di Consulente del Lavoro.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills with a people-centered approach.
• Professional English; native Italian language.
• Experience in large international organizations is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide HR policy guidance and ensure compliance with Italian employment law.
• Advise management and executive team on people matters and strategy.
• Manage complex employee cases and HR administration including payroll preparation.
