Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks an experienced Senior HR Compliance Manager to implement and sustain a robust HR compliance program across the EMENAT region. Reporting into the HR leadership team, you will ensure adherence to applicable employment laws, regulations and internal policies, while enabling safe, high-quality and timely business operations through compliant and efficient HR practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or Law, or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience in HR compliance advisory across a global or multi-jurisdictional environment.
• Ability to lead compliance programs, interpret regulations, manage investigations, and drive cross-regional initiatives.
• Experience with HRIS, case management, and compliance monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR compliance programs across EMENAT, including risk assessments, audits and policy management.
• Partner with Legal, Employee Relations and HR to deploy training and policy alignment.
• Oversee investigations, regulatory responses, and data protection compliance (GDPR/UK GDPR).
• Support global projects, dashboards and compliance reporting for stakeholders.
