GE Aerospace in Italy seeks a Senior Supervisory Investigator to lead international compliance investigations outside the Americas. You will oversee a team and handle significant matters involving alleged violations of law or GE Aerospace policy, in partnership with Legal, Compliance, HR, and other stakeholders.

You will manage high-volume cases, provide oral briefings to senior leadership, draft clear investigation reports, and ensure proper corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of professional experience.
• Associates degree with 12 years of professional experience.
• High School Diploma with 14 years of professional experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of US and Latin America-based compliance investigators.
• Ensure investigations are prompt, thorough, and objective into alleged violations of law or policy.
• Provide leadership, supervision, training and guidance to investigators.
• Review and approve investigation reports.
• Provide oral briefings to senior leadership and stakeholders on cases and corrective actions.
• Draft reports to ensure investigations are clearly documented.
• Understand applicable legal and policy requirements affecting investigations; monitor changes and guide colleagues.
• Oversee corrective action management.
• Prepare and present management reporting on open reporting analytics, trends, and insights.
