GE Aerospace seeks a Senior Supervisory Investigator - International to lead internal compliance investigations outside the Americas, overseeing a team and handling significant matters involving alleged violations of law or GE Aerospace policy.

In partnership with Legal, Compliance, HR, and other stakeholders, you will manage a high-volume caseload with independence, sound judgment, and attention to detail, and present actionable findings to senior leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of professional experience or equivalent.
• 8+ years in Compliance, Law, Audit, Quality, HR or related field, including investigations.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage diverse teams across regions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop US and Latin America-based compliance investigators.
• Ensure investigations are prompt, thorough, and objective into alleged violations.
• Draft and review investigation reports for senior leadership.
• Provide briefings and recommendations on corrective actions.
