Job summary

GE Aerospace (Avio Aero) seeks a Senior Supervisory Investigator to lead international compliance investigations, manage a team of investigators outside the Americas, and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, HR and other stakeholders to drive thorough, timely, and objective inquiries.

You will provide leadership on corrective actions, reporting, trend analysis, and ensure adherence to laws, policies, and company standards across GE Aerospace’s international sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
• Associates degree with minimum of 12 years of professional experience.
• High School Diploma with minimum of 14 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team of compliance investigators based outside of the Americas.
• Ensure concerns are investigated promptly, thoroughly, and objectively into alleged violations of law or company policy.
• Provide leadership, supervision, training and guidance to Compliance investigators.
• Review and approve reports of investigation
• Provide oral briefings to senior leadership and functional owners on cases, and identify appropriate corrective actions
• Draft reports to ensure investigations are clearly and properly documented
• Maintain client relationships and provide evidence-based conclusion and recommendation
• Know and understand all applicable legal and policy requirements pertaining to investigations
• Oversee corrective action management
• Prepare and present management reporting on open reporting analytics, trends, and insights

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Associates degree with minimum 12 years of professional experience
