Job summary

GRS Recruitment, in partnership with a well-established Group, is recruiting for a Senior Group Reporting role based in Nicosia. You will prepare annual and interim group financial statements, assist monthly accounts, and participate in the consolidation process and group reporting.

You will monitor IFRS developments, support sustainability reporting, and manage intercompany reconciliations. ACCA/ACA membership and strong CaseWare and MS Office skills are required, along with bilingual

Qualifications

• ACCA/ACA membership or equivalent is required.
• Experience with CaseWare is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of sustainability reporting directives is advantageous.
• Fluent Greek and English are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual financial statements for Group companies.
• Prepare quarterly interim financial statements for the Group.
• Assist in monthly accounts preparation.
• Conduct monthly reviews of management accounts.
• Participate in consolidation process and consolidated annual report preparation.
• Monitor adoption of new and revised IFRSs.
• Assist in maintenance of transfer pricing documentation and taxation filings.
• Monitor intercompany transactions and reconciliations; participate in Group audit.
• Support in sustainability reporting and non-financial data collection processes.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparing annual financial statements of Group companies.
• Preparing quarterly interim financial statements of the Group.
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly accounts.
• Monthly review of management accounts.
• Participating in the preparation and review of the consolidation process.
• Participating in the preparation of the consolidated annual report and financial statements.
• Monitoring the adoption of new and revised IFRSs.
• Assisting in the maintenance of transfer pricing documentation.
• Preparing and reviewing tax filings and supporting in resolving tax matters.
• Monitoring intercompany transactions and reconciliations.Participating in the audit process of the Group companies.
• Monitoring the developments relevant to the non-financial (sustainability) reporting.
• Supporting in the preparation of the Group’s sustainability report.
• Participating in the development of the consolidation process for non-financial data collection.

Candidate Profile

• Member of ACCA or ACA.
• Knowledge of CaseWare program.
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of the applicable directives relevant to the non-financial (sustainability) aspects of reporting– will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language.
• Efficient time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Detail oriented and professional demeanor.
• Able to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and professional discretion.
