FAO seeks a Senior Partnerships Officer (Private Sector) to lead and coordinate FAO's strategy with private sector partners, UN collaborations and multi-stakeholder engagement worldwide. The role drives partnership development, monitoring, and capacity building across FAO's decentralized offices to advance sustainable agrifood systems.

Based in FAO headquarters Rome, the incumbent will guide strategic interactions with non-state actors, oversee annual work plans and ensure alignment with FAO's

Competenze

• Advanced university degree in rural development, political science, international cooperation, development or related field.
• Ten years of relevant international cooperation and/or private sector partnership experience.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in another FAO official language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish).

• Lead the implementation of FAO's private sector strategy at global, regional and national levels.
• Coordinate multi-stakeholder partnerships with private actors and UN agencies.
