Eight Sleep is hiring a Software Engineer to help move fast on eightsleep.com. You'll collaborate with growth, marketing, and design to ship landing pages, run a high volume of A/B tests, and keep analytics and conversion funnels sharp for a high-traffic storefront serving customers worldwide.

This is a hands-on, high-velocity role. If you like turning ideas into measurable experiments and seeing live results within days, you'll feel at home here.

Competenze

• Strong React and Next.js experience; comfortable across the modern front-end stack and TypeScript.
• Experiment-design sense: frame a clean hypothesis, consider sample size and significance, and trust a result.
• 5+ years in front-end web development, ideally in growth, marketing, or ecommerce contexts.
• Strong attention to detail; QA your own work and ship things that don't bounce back.
• Hands-on with product analytics (Amplitude or similar): funnels, cohorts, and event tracking.
• Comfortable with Google Tag Manager and GA4.
• Care for web performance (Core Web Vitals) and accessibility.
• Awareness of data privacy / consent requirements and how they affect tracking.
• AI built into how you work; use coding assistants to move faster.
• A bias toward shipping quickly and iterating.

Mansioni

• Build marketing pages: ship landing pages, campaign pages, and partner/influencer pages.
• Run experiments end-to-end: design, build, and launch A/B tests; instrument funnels and read results.
• Build scalable, templatized systems that make launching new pages efficient and consistent.
• Own the analytics stack: maintain and extend tracking and advertising integrations; ensure privacy-compliant data.
• Optimize conversion: improve every funnel step including promos, email capture, CTAs, messaging, and page performance.
• Own SEO and accessibility: metadata, sitemaps, structured data, page speed; ensure accessibility.
• Build for a global audience: localized pages and experiments across regions and languages.
