Eight Sleep in Milano, Italy is hiring a Frontend Web Developer Engineer to move fast on eightsleep.com. You'll work with the growth, marketing, and design teams to ship landing pages, run a high volume of A/B tests, and keep our analytics and conversion funnels sharp on a high-traffic storefront serving customers around the world.

This is a hands-on, high-velocity role focused on turning ideas into shipped experiments.

Competenze

• 5+ years in front-end web development.
• Strong React and Next.js with TypeScript.
• Experience in growth/ecommerce contexts.
• Hands-on with product analytics and conversion funnels.
• Attention to detail and shipping quality.

Mansioni

• Build marketing pages and landing pages that convert.
• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests.
• Own analytics stack and ensure accurate event tracking.
• Improve funnels, promos, CTAs, and page performance.
• Ensure SEO, accessibility, and localization for global pages.
