Eight Sleep, the world’s first sleep fitness company, is hiring a Software Engineer to move fast on eightsleep.com. You’ll work with the growth, marketing, and design teams to ship landing pages, run a high volume of A/B tests, and keep analytics and conversion funnels sharp for a global storefront.

This is a hands-on, high-velocity role. If you enjoy turning ideas into measurable experiments and seeing live results within days, you’ll feel at home here.

Competenze

• 5+ years in front-end web development, preferably in growth, marketing, or ecommerce contexts.
• Strong React and Next.js experience; TypeScript proficiency.
• Hands-on with product analytics (Amplitude or similar): funnels, cohorts, event tracking.
• Familiar with Google Tag Manager and GA4.
• Care for web performance (Core Web Vitals) and accessibility.

Mansioni

• Build marketing pages: landing pages, campaign pages, and partner/influencer pages, translating designs into clean, accessible components.
• Run experiments end-to-end: design, build, and launch A/B tests; instrument funnels and read results.
• Build scalable, templated systems for launching new pages quickly and consistently.
• Own the analytics stack: maintain and extend tracking/integrations; ensure privacy compliance.
• Optimize conversion: improve promos, email capture, CTAs, messaging, and page performance.
• Own SEO and accessibility: keep metadata, sitemaps, structured data, and page speed in good shape.
• Build for a global audience: localization across regions and languages.
