Eight Sleep, Inc. is hiring a Frontend Web Developer Engineer to help move fast on eightsleep.com.

You will collaborate with growth, marketing, and design to ship landing pages, run a high volume of A/B tests, and keep analytics and conversion funnels sharp for a world-spanning storefront. You will own the analytics stack, build scalable systems, and ensure accessibility and performance while delivering localized experiences for multiple regions.

Competenze

5+ years of front-end web development experience.
Strong React and Next.js experience.
Experience with product analytics and event tracking.
Ability to ship landing pages and run A/B tests.
Attention to accessibility and performance.

Mansioni

Build marketing pages. Ship landing pages, campaign pages, and partner/influencer pages; translate designs into clean, responsive components.
Run experiments end-to-end: design, build, and launch A/B tests; instrument the funnels; read results and share learnings.
Build scalable, templatized systems for efficient launches of new pages.
Own the analytics stack: maintain and extend tracking and ad integrations; ensure data privacy.
Optimize conversion: improve promos, email capture, CTAs, messaging, and page speed.
Own SEO and accessibility: metadata, sitemaps, structured data, page speed; ensure accessibility.
Build for a global audience: localized pages and experiments across regions and languages.
