Objectway in Milan is seeking a Senior Front-End Developer to join our team and evolve our platform for wealth management and financial services.

You will design, develop and maintain enterprise-grade web applications, collaborating with product, UX, and back-end teams to deliver secure, scalable digital solutions across multiple jurisdictions. The role requires 5+ years of front-end experience, strong Angular skills, and proficiency in English and Italian.

Competenze

• 5+ years in Front-End Software Development.
• Strong hands-on Angular experience (latest versions).
• Solid HTML5, CSS3, SCSS and responsive design.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, including auth flows.
• Solid experience with RxJS and reactive programming.
• Experience with Git and collaborative workflows.

Senior Front-End Developer (Angular)

We are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to join our Team and contribute to the evolution of our Platform.

In this role, you will design, develop and maintain enterprise-grade web applications, collaborating closely with product, UX and back-end teams to deliver secure, scalable and high-quality digital solutions for wealth management and financial services.

Main Activities

• Design, develop and maintain modern web applications using Angular and TypeScript.
• Develop reusable, scalable and maintainable front-end components, ensuring clean, well-documented and testable code.
• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and back-end services.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers and Back-End Developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to the definition and adoption of front-end architecture, coding standards and development best practices.
• Actively participate in code reviews, promoting quality and consistency across the codebase.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, accessibility and regulatory requirements appropriate for enterprise and financial applications.

Candidate's Experience and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Front-End Software Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular (recent versions).
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS and responsive web design.
• Experience integrating and consuming REST APIs, including error handling and authentication flows.
• Solid experience with RxJS and reactive programming patterns.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns and component-based development.
• Experience working within Agile development teams.
• Professional proficiency in English and Italian.

Nice To Have

• Previous experience in fintech, banking or regulated software environments.
• Knowledge of NgRx or other Angular state management libraries.
• Experience with unit and end-to-end testing frameworks (e.g. Jasmine, Karma, Cypress or Playwright).
• Experience developing cross-platform mobile applications with frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of authentication and security protocols (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT).
• Experience with accessibility (WCAG) and secure front-end development.
• Exposure to cloud-based environments and containerized applications.
• Knowledge of modern UI component libraries and design systems.
