TeamSystem in Italy is seeking a front-end developer with at least 3 years of experience to join our growth-focused software team. You will build new front-end features using React, collaborating with a cross-functional product team to translate business needs into engaging user experiences.

You will also explore AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code and Codex, and contribute to continuous product improvement while maintaining high-quality code in an agile environment.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in front-end development.
• Experience using React in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Angular is a plus.
• Interest in AI-powered software development and familiarity with AI coding assistants.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (C1 level).

What skills are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience in the role;
• Demonstrated experience using React in enterprise environments.

What we offer:

• Total compensation: € 33,000 – € 37,000 including a variable component linked to performance. Full‑time reference.
