TEAMSYSTEM SPA in Italy seeks a front-end developer to translate requirements into high-quality code, building new features with React and collaborating with a cross-functional product team.

You will evolve the product by proposing improvements, exploring AI-assisted development tools, and delivering robust user experiences in a hybrid office setting in Torino or Milano. English proficiency (C1) is required; Angular familiarity is a plus.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience using React in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Angular is considered a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (C1 level).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of new front-end features from scratch, working closely with a cross-functional product team to transform business needs into effective user experiences.
• Participate in the continuous evolution of the product by proposing improvements, new ideas, and innovative solutions for the platform.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience using React in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Angular is considered a plus.
• Interest in AI-powered software development and familiarity with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (C1 level).
