Job summary

Jobgether in partnership seeks a Senior FP&A Expert in Italy to design and evaluate complex financial tasks for an AI-driven evaluation project. You will craft realistic FP&A exercises, build robust models in Excel, and develop reference solutions with transparent assumptions.

You will assess AI-generated analyses for accuracy, document findings, and communicate executive-level results. This is a remote, contract-based role requiring 5+ years FP&A experience and strong English writing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years FP&A or related finance experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling proficiency.
• Experience with budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Ability to build scenario-based financial models and assess assumptions.
• Excellent written English communication.
• Attention to detail and independent judgment.
• Experience in software/SaaS or ARR context preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic FP&A tasks reflecting complex financial planning, forecasting and decisions.
• Develop comprehensive financial models and reference solutions with transparent formulas and assumptions.
• Create exercises covering budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, headcount planning, and investment evaluations.
• Build integrated financial analyses including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, working capital and liquidity.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated financial analyses for accuracy and relevance.
• Identify errors, assumptions, inconsistencies and weaknesses in models or conclusions.
• Establish evaluation frameworks and acceptance criteria with clear justifications.
• Prepare precise task instructions, reference answers and executive-level explanations.
