Nexans USA Inc in Italy (Veneto) seeks a Senior Financial Controller to support reporting, internal control, budget & forecast, and cost accounting across Italy and France.

You will partner with three leaders to deliver meaningful insights and robust financial processes, enabling strategic decisions and sustainable performance across the region.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in a senior financial controller or related role.
• Strong data processing and analytical abilities.
• Excellent SAP knowledge focusing on cost accounting/controlling.
• Advanced Excel skills and reporting proficiency.
• Experience with international group reporting requirements.

• Deliver reliable cost accounting and perform on-time close with key controls.
• Ensure data information reliability and maintain process documentation.
• Develop indicators to support decision making and monitor performance.
• Provide an accurate and coherent view of the unit's financial performance.

You’ll partner with 3 leaders to deliver reporting, internal control, budget & forecast and cost accounting topics.

How you make an impact

The main responsibilities:

• Deliver reliable cost accounting and perform on time processes and closing with associated key controls
• Ensure data information reliability and associated process documentation
• Maintain and develop indicators to support decision process
• Provide an accurate and coherent vision of the unit financial performance

Your starting points

The required skills and qualifications:

• Strong data processing and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to obtain cooperation in this transversal role
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft office (especially Excel)
• Good SAP knowledge with specific insights in Cost Accounting/Controlling
• Experienced in international group reporting requirements
• At least 5 years in the specific role
