Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel in Lombardy, Italy is seeking a Finance BP at manager level. The role leads one finance professional in Italy, reporting to the Finance Director at HQ in China and handling accounting, tax, budgeting, and system optimization. English proficiency is essential, with local language and Chinese preferred. The position involves month-end closing, audits support, and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years of experience in finance or accounting in Italy/Argentina.
• Familiar with local GAAP and IFRS; China GAAP preferred.
• Excellent English; local language and Chinese preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee accounting and disclosures, ensuring timely month-end closing and accuracy.
• Manage tax compliance and expense review, approvals, and analysis.
• Prepare PL and CF budget/forecast; support financial projects and system optimization.
• Maintain Fixed Assets Register and perform stock takes; assist audits as needed.
• Collaborate with IT and participate in company-wide initiatives.

Opportunity to join a global leading Battery Storage manufacturing company as Finance BP (manager level). In this role you will manage 1 finance in Italy. Reporting to Finance Director in HQ China.

• In charge of accounting and disclosure, responsible for month-end closing in time, assist with external audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies and etc.
• Responsible for tax compliance
• Expenses review and analysis and payment approval process
• Responsible for PL and CF budget / forecast preparation and management.
• Actively participate in financial projects and company-wide initiatives
• Maintain Fixed Assets Register and inventory stock take.
• Collaborate with IT to complete system optimization.
• Ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements

• Bachelor above, at least 8 years working experience in finance or accounting department in Italy/Argentina
• Must familiar with local Fiscal & Tax system and local practice, with local GAAP and IFRS , familiar with China GAAP is preferred;
• Excellent English is must, local language and Chinese will be preferred;
• Have excellent communication skills, high sense of responsibility, strong learning ability and constantly improve working ability.
