Eaton Group in Italy is seeking a Lead Field Application Engineer to support OEMs, distributors and EMSs across power management applications. You will translate customer needs to R&D and Commercial teams, drive product design improvements, and deliver training to partners.

You will work within a diverse global team focused on sustainability and customer impact, with opportunities to influence roadmaps and grow through Eaton University.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably electrical engineering – power).
• 10+ years of relevant experience in power management or related field.
• Strong Power Management knowledge across Automotive, Industrial and Energy segments.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Ability to work independently within a professional team and under pressure.
• Initiative and continuous self-development to stay ahead in technology.

Mansioni

• Provide application support to OEMs, distributors and EMSs, including system analysis, configuration, and design assistance.
• Translate customer needs to Commercial and R&D teams to improve product design and increase NBO success rate.
• Deliver training programs on products, technology, applications, and roadmaps to customers and distributors.
• Gather customer feedback to Product Management to improve market acceptance and drive roadmap development.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to identify new opportunities and contribute to achieving NBO pipeline targets.
• Prepare technical literature, application notes, sales tools, and training materials.
