Wood plc in Corsico (Milan) invites applications for a Senior Expediting and Inspection Coordinator to join its Projects – Process and Chemical team. The role focuses on post-order activities for complex plants in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and energy sectors, with hybrid work options.

You will lead the expediting team, act as the main contact for expediting at desk and shop levels, and collaborate with international clients to deliver safe, efficient project outcomes.

Wood is recruiting for a Senior Expediting and Inspection Coordinator to join its Projects – Process and Chemical team focusing on post order activities of complex plants in the Chemical, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical and Energy industries. The position will be based in Corsico (Milan) office, with the possibility to work from home up to two days per week.

The Role

The Senior Expediting and Inspection Coordinator oversee and manages the activities of the expediting team and will be the main contact for all expediting activities, both at the desk and shop levels.
