WOODplc is recruiting a Principal Electrical Engineer to join the Projects Team in Italy. The role focuses on engineering, procurment and construction of complex plants in chemical, petrochemical and energy sectors. The position is based in Corsico (Milan) with the possibility to work from home up to two days per week.

The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers/designers across multiple offices while contributing hands-on technical work on projects and ensuring delivery to high standards.

Wood is recruiting for a Principal Electrical Engineer to join its Projects Team, focusing on engineering, procurement and construction of complex plants in the Chemical, Petrochemical and Energy industries. The position will be based in Corsico (Milan) office, with the possibility to work from home up to two days per week.

The Role

The Principal Electrical Engineer reports functionally to the Electrical Department Manager and operationally to one or more Project Managers. He/She is responsible, on projects, for leading a team of discipline engineers / designers, in a multi-office environment, while still performing technical tasks within the projects.
