Metlen Energy & Metals in Milan is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our EPC business and support the delivery of renewable energy projects. You will manage procurement for modules, inverters, structures and MV/HV components, handle RFQs, purchase orders and supplier documentation to ensure cost‑effective, timely delivery to construction sites.

You will coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams, monitor schedules and enforce INCOTERMS and EPC procedures.

Competenze

• 2–4 years of experience in procurement or logistics within industrial, construction, infrastructure or energy environments.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, logistics activities, INCOTERMS and supplier management.
• Experience preparing purchase orders and managing supplier documentation.
• Fluency in Italian and English; willingness to collaborate across teams.

Mansioni

• Support procurement activities for EPC materials and equipment (modules, inverters, structures, MV/HV components).
• Manage RFQs, analyze supplier quotations, and contribute to supplier evaluations and negotiations.
• Prepare and administer purchase orders and related procurement documentation in SAP.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules and quality requirements; escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics to ensure timely, damage‑free material delivery to sites.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, quality and finance to provide procurement visibility and risk updates.
