Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L. seeks a Senior Environmental Compliance Manager to oversee environmental compliance for Amazon facilities in Italy, reporting to the SEU Environmental Leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences or Environmental Engineering or EQF equivalent.
• Fluent Italian and English at C1 level or above.
• In-depth knowledge of EU environmental regulations, including country-level IT and local regulations.
• Experience managing environmental compliance across multiple sites within the EU.
• Detail‑oriented, able to deep‑dive with engineering teams on environmental risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-site obligations for air emissions, storm-water, waste, wastewater, energy, and related permits across Italy.
• Establish cross‑organizational alignment on a unified environmental compliance vision and integrate objectives into planning cycles.
• Communicate compliance strategy and risks to Director- and VP-level audiences.
• Define and govern KPI frameworks to monitor program performance and regulatory posture.
