Kraken powers some of the most innovative global developments in energy. We are seeking a Client Delivery Lead to coordinate European client technology transformation journeys, supporting long-term migrations and aligning Kraken capabilities with client goals.

You will own relationships with product owners, triage requests, and translate client priorities into development actions, while working closely with Kraken’s product managers and engineers. Travel is expected as part of the role.

Competenze

• Experience in client delivery or product ownership.
• Agile delivery experience and ability to manage multiple streams.
• Experience working with complex delivery pipelines for clients.

Mansioni

• Manage the relationship with client counterparts (product owners and business owners).
• Serve as the first point of contact for tech development and escalations with customers for the domain/product.
• Be the knowledge base of how Kraken works and how we deliver Kraken Platform.
• Triages incoming requests and communicates client priorities internally.
• Summarises and articulates client needs and timelines to enable ongoing development.
• Support the engineering team to deliver product features.
• Encourage continuous iteration and deployment with the client.
