Job summary

Argotec S.r.l. is seeking a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to design, develop and optimize flight software for our avionics and satellite platforms.

You will work across the software lifecycle, from requirements definition to testing, aiming for reusable modules and robust on-board data handling. You will collaborate with hardware and systems teams, tailor RTOS configurations on on-board computers, lead software design for real-time applications, and mentor junior developers while interfacing

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; 5+ years in embedded software development.
• Hands-on with embedded systems and real-time software design.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software for avionic systems.
• Work through the full software development lifecycle from requirements to test reports.
• Configure RTOS on on-board computers and integrate flight software on satellites.
