Leonardo SpA in Italy is seeking a Flight Management Engineer for Avionic Systems Development. The role focuses on embedded, real-time, safety-critical software for the Flight Planning and Sensor Management functions on helicopter avionics platforms.

You will analyze requirements, design solutions, and coordinate cross-functional teams across the development lifecycle, including interfacing with suppliers and managing schedules and resources.

• Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
• Project management skills and ability to work in cross-functional, distributed teams.

Mansioni

• Analyze avionic system requirements and define subsystem SW requirements.
• Collaborate with development team to identify design solutions within plans, standards, and constraints.
• Coordinate and lead development and verification activities across lifecycle stages (definition, design, coding, integration, validation).
• Interface with suppliers for outsourced activities and platform procurement.
