Black & White Engineering is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our growing Milan team, shaping critical infrastructure for Italy’s data centre market. You’ll influence design outcomes, apply judgment to complex projects and help set our standard for the next phase of growth.

You will take ownership from concept through delivery, solving problems creatively while ensuring quality and compliance across all project stages.

Mansioni

• Deliver robust civil engineering design across complex data centre projects, ensuring technical quality, buildability and compliance at every stage
• Apply sound engineering judgement to solve problems, manage interfaces and support successful project delivery
• Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams, clients and external partners to achieve coordinated, high quality outcomes
• Support project performance, including programme awareness, budget responsibility and change control
• Help develop others, sharing knowledge and contributing to a positive, supportive engineering culture as the Milan team grows
