RIMOND is seeking a proactive MEP Site Manager/Supervisor to lead on-site activities across Italy with assignments in Rome or Milan. You will oversee mechanical, electrical, and special systems, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery, while coordinating with Site Manager andTechnical Management.

You bring 15+ years of MEP site supervision, fluent Italian and English, and the ability to read digital drawings and technical docs.

Competenze

• Proven experience (at least 15 years) in site supervision of MEP systems on complex projects.
• Excellent command of both Italian and English.
• Ability to read and interpret digital drawings and specialized technical documentation.

Mansioni

• Oversee on-site MEP activities and ensure safety and quality.
• Coordinate with Site Manager and Technical Management on progress and issues.
• Assist in evaluating MEP subcontractors and technical proposals.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover to client.
• Prepare Work Progress Reports (SAL) and manage variations.
• Develop and mentor on-site staff and support work planning.
