Enfinity Global is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Development Engineering function. This role is pivotal in transforming early-stage opportunities into bankable projects, ensuring quality deliverables align with company standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in renewable energy, manage a team, and act as a key technical liaison. Ideal candidates are proficient in engineering tools such as PVsyst, AutoCAD, and GIS.

Competenze

• 7-10 years in the renewable energy sector with strong exposure to PV utility-scale projects.
• Significant experience in development-stage engineering: layouts, yield, grid connection, feasibility.
• Experience managing or coordinating external engineering consultants or firms.

Mansioni

• Lead the Development Engineering function, ensuring technical robustness.
• Provide engineering support from site screening through ready-to-build.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks to ensure projects remain viable.
