Enfinity Global is seeking a seasoned Global SCADA Manager to own the global SCADA design, standards, and lifecycle for solar PV, wind and BESS assets. You will set architectural standards and provide second-level support to O&M and engineering teams worldwide, ensuring secure data flow and reliable monitoring.

The role is based in Italy within the GICT IT/OT domain, with travel up to 50-60% and close collaboration with EPCs, OEMs, and grid operators to optimize performance and ensure regulatory

Competenze

• 10+ years of hands-on SCADA engineering experience, preferably in utility-scale renewable projects.
• Strong knowledge of SCADA platforms and programming concepts (IEC 61131-3).
• Experience with OT/ICS cybersecurity standards and grid interconnection rules.

Mansioni

• Define technical requirements, architecture and standards for SCADA across PV, wind and BESS assets.
• Review and approve EPC/vendor designs and ensure secure data flow between SCADA and field devices.
• Own integration requirements with PPC, inverters, turbines and grid operators; witness FAT/SAT and provide sign-off.
• Provide global design authority and guidance to SCADA/O&M teams, maintaining central standards library.
• Oversee OT cybersecurity controls on SCADA networks and ensure regulatory compliance.
