Enfinity Global is seeking an Engineering Manager in Rome. This critical position involves transforming early-stage opportunities into technically robust and bankable projects in the renewable energy sector.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in the field and manage the Development Engineering function, ensuring alignment with high-quality deliverables and project goals. Significant benefits including private health insurance and remote work options are offered.

Competenze

• 7–10 years in the renewable energy sector with exposure to PV utility-scale projects.
• Significant experience in development-stage engineering including layouts, yield, and feasibility.
• Previous people-management experience is required.

Mansioni

• Provide engineering support from site screening to ready-to-build.
• Act as primary engineering interface between Development and PVI.
• Lead and grow the internal Development Engineering team.
