Unispace in Milano, Italy seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex fit-out projects. You will lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery while maintaining client relationships and ensuring high-quality results.

The role requires coordinating with design, engineering, and pre-construction teams and mentoring junior staff. You will manage site inspections, health & safety compliance, and vendor relationships, driving on-time, on-budget delivery for flagship workplace projects.

Competenze

• 10+ years of proven project management experience in fit-out construction.
• Client-focused with proactive communication and service mindset.
• Strong knowledge of commercial fit-out methods, regulations, and safety systems.
• Experience with project budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting.
• Leadership skills that foster accountability and inclusive culture.

Mansioni

• Lead large-scale design and construction projects from planning to close-out.
• Serve as primary client contact, building trust and tailoring strategies.
• Coordinate budgeting, scheduling, resources, risk, and regulatory compliance.
• Chair client and stakeholder meetings; provide transparent progress updates.
• Oversee subcontractor/vendor relationships and tender evaluations.
• Manage site inspections, health & safety, and on-site challenges.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and pre-construction teams.
• Mentor junior project managers and engineers; share PM best practices.
• Maintain overall project financials, budgeting and cost control.
