Clear. in Milan is seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager to lead large-scale building management and automation deployments in data centres. You will coordinate clients, contractors and engineering teams from design through commissioning and handover, ensuring technical excellence, schedule and budget adherence.

Fluent Italian is required; English is advantageous. This role offers growth within a expanding European footprint and a path to long-term progression.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a BMS/Controls/Automation PM.
• Strong understanding of building management and HVAC controls.
• Experience delivering complex data centre projects.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
• Fluent Italian; good English is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Take overall responsibility for successful delivery of BMS and building automation projects.
• Manage projects from design and procurement through installation and handover.
• Act as main client contact for contractors, consultants and subcontractors.
• Coordinate BMS engineers, controls engineers, subcontractors and site teams.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, resources and commercial performance.
• Review specifications, drawings and technical documentation.
• Coordinate installation, panel manufacturing, integration and commissioning.
• Ensure delivery per client specs, schedule and quality requirements.
• Manage project risks, variations, and technical issues.
• Attend meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve challenges and finalize documentation.
