Currie & Brown Italia is seeking a Project Manager for its Milan office to lead the design and construction phases, coordinating with designers, architects, engineers, contractors and building safety consultants to ensure smooth delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Architecture, Engineering or Project Management, has 3–5 years of project experience, and demonstrates strong written and spoken English with full fluency in Italian.

Competenze

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or equivalent (preferred qualification).
• 3–5 years of experience in managing projects of medium complexity and value.
• Excellent written and spoken English, in addition to full fluency in Italian.

Mansioni

• Support the management of design and construction phases of projects.
• Collaborate with designers, architects, engineers, contractors, and building management and safety consultants.
• Lead design coordination in relation to design guidelines and constraints.
• Maintain effective communication to ensure all project information is available for successful delivery; liaise with other managers to ensure efficient control.
• Support cost management activities.
• Deliver all project outputs accurately and on time.
• Conduct meetings with contractors, site teams, and clients.
• Manage procurement activities.
• Carry out snagging activities.
• Manage and coordinate site activities.

Requirements
