Supernova Group seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead major real estate development and construction projects in Italy. You will oversee scope, budget, schedule, safety and quality, and coordinate with authorities and contractors to ensure delivery aligned with goals.

The role requires an engineering degree, several years of experience in similar positions, strong leadership and travel willingness across Italy. Fluent English is essential; Italian as mother tongue is preferred.

Competenze

• Engineering degree required (university or college).
• Several years of experience in large real estate or construction projects.
• Driver's license and willingness to travel across Italy.

Mansioni

• Oversee overall project management to meet scope, cost, time, quality and safety goals.
• Maintain relationships with authorities and stakeholders and support tender processes.
• Prepare cost estimates and manage contract negotiations and change orders.
• Ensure site regulations, documentation, and permits are in place.
• Lead planning, budgeting, invoicing, and reporting.
