SC Johnson in Arese (Milan) seeks a Senior Demand Planning Analyst to own end-to-end demand forecasting for the Italy region within the Southern Cluster. You will translate market insights into robust forecasts and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to shape supply decisions in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

With 3–5 years in demand planning, you’ll use SAP or Kinaxis, Excel and PowerPoint to build, present, and monitor forecasts and S&OP KPIs, driving continuous improvement and strong

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in Demand Planning or a related Supply Chain role.
• Advanced forecasting expertise and a solid understanding of the S&OP process.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; hands-on with ERP/planning systems (SAP, Kinaxis).

Mansioni

• Develop accurate and reliable demand forecasts using planning systems aligned with governance.
• Collect, consolidate historical and forward-looking inputs (promotions, pricing, launches, cannibalization).
• Translate commercial assumptions into quantified demand impacts and document forecast logic.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Finance to evaluate promotions and close data gaps.
• Prepare and present demand outlooks during S&OP Demand Review with clear drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Share forecasts with appropriate detail, timing and confidence to support planning.
• Track and communicate demand planning KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
