Marionnaud in Milan is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to lead demand planning, stock optimization and service levels, directly impacting sales, availability and working capital. You will manage a team across Supply Chain, Trade, Retail, Finance and E-commerce to align commercial priorities with execution.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with business understanding and a track record in demand planning, inventory management and cross-functional leadership.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Demand Planning with team management experience.
• Strong forecasting, inventory management and supply chain process expertise.
• Advanced analytical capability and data-driven mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English.

• Lead and continuously improve the demand planning process with accurate forecasts.
• Own inventory strategy and stock optimization balancing availability and cost.
