SC Johnson in Arese (Milan) seeks a Senior Demand Planning Analyst to own end-to-end demand forecasting for the Italy region within the Southern Cluster. You will translate market insights into robust forecasts and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to shape supply decisions in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

With 3–5 years in demand planning, you’ll use SAP or Kinaxis, Excel and PowerPoint to build, present, and monitor forecasts and S&OP KPIs, driving continuous improvement and strong

• 3–5 years of experience in Demand Planning or a related Supply Chain role.
• Advanced forecasting expertise and a solid understanding of the S&OP process.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; hands-on with ERP/planning systems (SAP, Kinaxis).

As a Senior Demand Planning Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping the demand signal for a defined country or country‐category portfolio, partnering closely with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.This role offers high visibility, meaningful ownership, and the opportunity to directly influence business performance in a fast‐paced FMCG environment.**About the Role**You will own end‐to‐end demand planning activities for a specific country and/or country‐category combination within the Southern Cluster (Italy, Romania, Greece and Adriatic countries). Reporting to the Associate Manager Demand Planning, you will be responsible for building robust demand forecasts, challenging assumptions, and clearly communicating risks and opportunities to stakeholders.This role is ideal for a demand planner with 3–5 years of experience who is ready to move beyond execution into influence, decision support, and cross‐functional leadership.**About the Team / Department**You will be part of the Southern Cluster Demand Planning Team, acting as a key conduit between Commercial teams and Supply Chain Planning.
