Baker Hughes in Italy is seeking a Lead Engineer, Mathematics & Data Science, Engineering Operations and Transformation to drive Demand vs Capacity Analysis, cost control and data-driven decision making across engineering teams.

You will collaborate with global teams, apply data analytics to engineering processes, lead reporting to executives, and support milestones, earned value management, and cost analysis initiatives.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or Engineering.
• Significant experience in Data Management and analytical ability.
• Excellent written and spoken communication across global teams.

• Driving Engineering Teams Demand vs Capacity Analysis
• Analyzing Demand evolution over Quarters and variances vs Actuals
