Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale data centre development in Milan, from construction through commissioning. You will act as the client’s representative, overseeing contractor performance, project controls, and overall delivery across the programme.

Competenze

• Proven experience leading large-scale construction projects as PM/Senior PM/Construction Manager.
• Experience delivering data centre, mission-critical, hyperscale, life sciences, industrial or advanced technology facilities.
• Strong contractor oversight, programme and project controls knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Lead day-to-day delivery of data centre construction activities on site.
• Act as the primary client representative, ensuring project objectives are achieved.
• Manage contractors, consultants and key project stakeholders throughout all phases of delivery.
• Oversee programme, cost, quality and health & safety performance.
• Monitor construction progress and proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
• Coordinate project reporting, governance activities and executive-level stakeholder communications.
• Ensure compliance with client standards, industry best practice and local regulatory requirements.
• Support commissioning, testing and handover activities to ensure successful project completion.
