Cumming Group in Milan is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale mission-critical development from construction through commissioning. You will act as the client’s representative, overseeing contractor performance, project controls, stakeholder management and overall delivery.

Competenze

• Proven experience leading large-scale data centre or mission-critical construction projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of project controls, scheduling and cost management.
• Experience with contractor-led delivery on complex programmes.
• Familiarity with Italian construction regulations and permitting is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead day-to-day delivery of data centre construction activities on site.
• Act as the primary client representative and ensure objectives are met.
• Manage contractors, consultants and key stakeholders across all delivery phases.
• Oversee programme, cost, quality and health & safety performance.
• Monitor progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate reporting, governance and executive communications.
• Ensure compliance with client standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Support commissioning, testing and handover activities.
• Drive collaboration across design, construction and operations teams.
