Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our Milan team. You will drive cost certainty across high-value data centre projects in Italy and Europe, overseeing procurement, budgeting and commercial governance.

You will lead client relationships, oversee tender processes, and mentor Commercial Managers and junior staff while shaping the commercial delivery of mission-critical developments.

Competenze

• 10+ years in commercial management, cost consultancy or quantity surveying.
• Experience with large-scale construction projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of NEC/JCT and other standard contracts.

Mansioni

• Lead commercial and cost management across multiple data centre projects.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Provide senior leadership on cost planning, budgeting and financial control.
