Ljb & Co is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale interior fit-out packages for hyperscale data centres and commercial projects across Europe. You will coordinate design, procurement, and site activities to ensure safety, quality, and on-time handover, while managing budgets and programmes with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to travel across Northern Europe.

Competenze

• Minimum 8 years of construction experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of drywall, ceilings, partitions, raised access flooring and interior fit-out packages.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel across Northern Europe.

Mansioni

• Oversee projects from pre-construction to handover.
• Develop and manage programmes, labour plans, and resource schedules.
• Coordinate design with clients, consultants, and project teams.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and cost forecasting.
• Lead site management, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor progress and implement recovery plans as needed.
• Ensure contract compliance, quality, and HSEQ procedures.
• Manage risks, variations, and client communications.
• Collaborate with Commercial Team on valuations and cost reporting.
• Chair meetings and produce regular progress reports.
• Foster strong client relationships throughout delivery.
• Drive commissioning and project handover success.
