Ljb & Co is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale interior fit-out projects for hyperscale data centres and commercial sites across Europe. You will coordinate design, procurement, and site activities to ensure safety, quality, and on-time handover, collaborating with clients and consultants.

The role requires at least 8 years' construction experience and a minimum 5 years as a Project Manager, with strong knowledge of drywall, ceilings, partitions, and raised access

Competenze

• Oversee projects from pre-construction to handover.
• Develop and manage programmes, labour plans, and resource schedules.
• Coordinate design with clients, consultants, and project teams.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and cost forecasting.
• Lead site management, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor progress and implement recovery plans as needed.
• Ensure contract compliance, quality, and HSEQ procedures.
• Manage risks, variations, and client communications.
• Collaborate with Commercial Team on valuations and cost reporting.
• Chair meetings and produce regular progress reports.
• Foster strong client relationships throughout delivery.
• Drive commissioning and project handover success.
