MiCiM is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end data centre projects in collaboration with senior leadership, clients, and contractors. You will drive timelines, budgets, and execution plans while mentoring junior professionals to deliver high-quality facilities.

The role requires proven experience managing medium to large-scale construction projects, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience leading medium to large scale construction projects from inception to handover.

Mansioni

• Provide overarching leadership throughout all project phases, from inception to handover.
• Own and drive the project timeline, using advanced project management techniques to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans (PEPs) covering all aspects of project delivery.
• Manage the project team and lead performance evaluations of all project participants.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to foster a culture of excellence.
• Identify stakeholders; establish their needs and expectations; plan strategies to meet them.
• Take charge of the financial health of the project by managing budgets and payment applications; advise client on value for money.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, representing their interests with the Professional Team and Contractors.
