MiCiM is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver high-performance facilities in data centre and mission-critical sectors. You will lead the project from inception to handover, coordinate with clients and contractors, and drive value-focused decisions on budgets and schedules.

You will guide teams through complex execution plans, mentor junior staff, and ensure stakeholder expectations are met in a fast-paced environment across Europe.

Competenze

• Experience leading medium to large-scale construction projects from inception to handover.
• Ability to mentor junior project managers and teams.
• Strong contract knowledge and financial acumen, with stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

• Provide overarching leadership throughout all project phases, from inception to handover, ensuring alignment with client goals and project objectives
• Own and drive the project timeline, utilising advanced project management techniques to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
• Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans (PEPs), encompassing all aspects of project delivery
• Manage the project team and lead performance evaluations of all project participants
• Mentor and develop junior team members to foster a culture of excellence
• Identify stakeholders; establish their needs and expectations; and plan and implement strategies to meet their needs
• Take charge of the financial health of the project by managing budgets, payment applications, and providing strategic recommendations to the Client in terms of value for money
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, representing their interests with the Professional Team and Contractors
